New foundation 3-person shared apartment - in 10 min. in the city center

We are Jonas (21), Alejandra (21) and Sophia (20). We are trainees and students and like to be active in fitness or yoga.
We also enjoy being outdoors and relaxing in the evening.

Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building in the beautiful Horn.

The rooms are about 11, 19 and 32 square meters and can be furnished, as they are unfurnished, completely according to your own wishes.
The prices are for the room with:

11 sqm at 469,- Euro monthly
19 sqm at 519,- Euro monthly
32 sqm at 559,- Euro monthly

The kitchen in classic style, will be equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a comfortable seating area.
The spacious bathroom will be modern, simple and practical. That's all you need to freshen up.

Service charges will not be incurred. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone.

Location

Rennbahnstraße is located in the central district of Hamburg-Horn. There is a bakery, kiosk, penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. For great shopping, head to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or Jungfernstieg await.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Rennbahn leisure park is right on the doorstep. Here locals and visitors can relax on the green lawns or enjoy a sporting activity. The leisure park is open to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are just as possible here as cycling and inline skating. Free fitness equipment is also available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. The Horner Rennbahn subway station is about a 5-minute walk away. The underground takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the highways in all directions.
