We are Lasse (31) and Arik (23) and are looking for a new flatmate who fits in well with us and wants to live together in a pleasant, respectful atmosphere.

About us:
Lasse is often at Jiu-Jitsu or Thai boxing, likes to dance, draw, play DnD and likes deep conversations - preferably with a pinch of humor.
Arik plays field field hockey, goes jogging, likes to gamble, meets up with friends and travels a lot. ☀️🏃‍♂️🌿

In our shared flat, we value order, consideration and harmonious coexistence. If everyone plays their part, things are really relaxed here.

Room

This is a 4-room shared flat. The rooms are bright and have high-quality flooring ✨.
Two rooms are already furnished, so all you have to do is unpack your suitcases and move in.

Room 3 (furnished) = 8.5 sqm and 599 EUR
Room 4 (furnished) = 8.5 sqm and 599 EUR

🍳 You can conjure up delicious meals together in the fitted kitchen 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳.
It is equipped with:

🍽️ a dishwasher
🧊 a large fridge with freezer compartment

🛁 The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray.

They are - just like TV, Internet (WLAN) - already included in the all-inclusive rent ✔️.

A washing machine & dryer are waiting for you in the basement - very easy to use for a small surcharge 😊

The apartment is currently being renovated so that you will have fresh, modernized rooms when you move in.

However, you are welcome to view the apartment in person or online at your leisure 😊!

The rooms are located in the beautiful Hamburg-Horn district - central and yet pleasantly green 🌳🏙️

The Horner Rennbahn subway station (lines U2 & U4) is just around the corner 🚇
This means you can be at the main station or Jungfernstieg in just 10-15 minutes - perfect for anyone who wants to get around Hamburg quickly and easily. You can also reach Überseequartier in around 15 minutes.
The U2 underground line takes you to Berliner Tor in just 5 minutes, an important hub for other U- & S-Bahn lines 🔁

Horner Rennbahn and Horner Geestpark offer plenty of space for jogging, walking or simply relaxing ☀️🏃‍♂️🌿
