Hey, dear flat share seekers...

We have a room available and we are looking for you if you are open-minded and would like to live in a shared flat where we can do things together ;-)

We are Lisanne and Jessica. We both work and in our free time we like to do sports. Swimming, walking, cycling, hiking or skiing, soccer are all on the program. On the creative side, we read the odd book, paint, write or take photos. When we're not at home, we meet up with our friends and go out and about.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn.

The room is flooded with light and approx. 10 m² in size. Since it is furnished, you don't have to stress about buying furniture ;- ) You can simply unpack your suitcases and move in, because the bed, wardrobe, desk, lighting and small decorative accessories are already there.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is a cozy seating area with TV for evening chats. The daylight bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV and Internet (WLAN).

Location

Grosseweg is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, Horner Park is within walking distance or you can stroll through the nearby allotment garden association.
Those who want a larger offer are of course well served at the Horner racecourse. You can get here in about 15 minutes by bike.
At the track, Horner residents and visitors can relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the subway station Legienstraße (U2/U4). This takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
