Hello,

we are Nnonye (26) and Deborah (19), trainee and student. We like cooking, playing volleyball and going out sometimes.

We would like it not to be a purposeful flat share, but to find nice, friendly people who would like to embark on a new adventure.

Room

The apartment, in which the offered room is located, is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet side street, very close to the underground station Horner Rennbahn. The light-flooded room has about 10 square meters is rented furnished. So you have no stress when buying furniture and furnish. Just unpack your suitcase and live. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area. In the daylight bathroom with shower, the washing machine is housed and enough space for necessary utensils.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is centrally located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Park is right on the doorstep.
If you want an even bigger offer, you are of course well served at the Horner Rennbahn. You can get here in about 5 minutes by bike.
At the track, Horner residents and visitors can relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. By walking for about 5 minutes, you can reach the subway station Horner Rennbahn. The subway takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner traffic circle, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.
