The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building near the Horner Rennbahn.

The bright room is 10 square meters in size. The high-quality floorboards give the apartment a particularly attractive flair. The room is unfurnished and can be furnished as you wish. Thanks to the practical layout, it can be used as a bedroom, living room or study.

The fitted kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals together. It will also be equipped with a ceramic hob with matching oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment and will have a cozy seating area where you future residents can eat or chat together. The modern bathroom invites you to relax

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN)

The rooms on offer are located directly in the beautiful district of Hamburg Horn.

The immediate proximity to the subway station Horner Rennbahn with the lines U2 and U4 enables a quick connection to the city center and the other beautiful districts that the city of Hamburg has to offer. The Horner Rennbahn racecourse and the Horner Geestpark offer numerous leisure opportunities in the countryside, ideal for recreation or sporting activities. Furthermore, there are shopping facilities, pharmacies, educational institutions and doctors in the immediate vicinity. Fresh fruit and vegetables can also be found several times a week at the weekly market near Horner Rennbahn.

The U2 and U4 lines run directly from Horner Rennbahn to the main train station, making the journey quick and easy in 10-15 minutes. Jungfernstieg can also be reached via the U4 in 10 minutes, as can Überseequartier in around 15 minutes. The U2 takes you to Berliner Tor, an important transfer point to other U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines, in just 5 minutes.
