Hello to all seekers... A room is becoming available in this shared flat and we are looking for you...

We are Vanessa and Ingo. We are both working and uncomplicated roommates;-) We enjoy cooking together and like to get together after work for a chat, a movie or a beer/wine to round off the evening. Otherwise, we tend to be quiet and are also good at keeping ourselves busy on our own.
In our free time, we like to do sports, especially jogging, cycling and yoga, cook and watch the occasional series on Netflix or Prime Video. We also like to go out with our friends or travel the world.
We would love to meet a friendly, open-minded person who suits us and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Horn. The bright room is approx. 17 sqm in size and impresses with its beautiful parquet flooring. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and decorated according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The daylight bathroom is modern and invites you to relax in the bathtub.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The apartment is located in the southern part of the family-friendly Hamburg-Horn district.
Everything you need for daily use is in the immediate vicinity. Bakery, kiosk, Aldi, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For great shopping, head to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or Jungfernstieg await.
Blohms Park is right on the doorstep for daily relaxation and jogging.
If you want an even bigger offer, the Horner Rennbahn is of course well served. You can get here by bike in about 5 minutes.
On the track, locals and visitors can relax on the green meadow or enjoy a sporting activity. The leisure park is open to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are just as possible here as cycling and inline skating. Free fitness equipment is also available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. The subway station Horner Rennbahn is about a 10-minute walk away. The subway takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the highways in all directions.
