We are Ayan and Nora and we are looking for you.
We like to be active and creative in our free time. Everyone has their own hobbies such as drawing, painting, listening to music, cooking and baking. We like to admire the sunsets when we travel and also here. We like meeting friends, partying and exploring Hamburg.
We are not a partnership of convenience and would like a nice, sympathetic and open-minded person who fits in well with us. We require a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Horn.
The bright room is approx. 18 square meters in size and, as it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. Our fitted kitchen houses the washing machine, is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. In the spacious, bright shower room there is enough space for all the utensils you need.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is internet access.

Location

Your future shared room is located in the southern part of the family-friendly Hamburg-Horn district.
There is a bakery, kiosk, penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
For great shopping, head to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or Jungfernstieg await.
For daily relaxation and jogging, Horner Park is within walking distance or you can stroll through the nearby allotment garden association.
If you are looking for something more extensive, the Horner Rennbahn is of course a good choice. You can get here by bike in about 15 minutes.
Horner and visitors can relax on the green meadow or enjoy a sporting activity on the track. The leisure park is open to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are just as possible here as cycling and inline skating. Free fitness equipment is also available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Legienstraße or Billstedt subway stations. Both take about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the highways in all directions.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
