Furnished 10 sqm room for 01.09. in a nice 3-person flat share with floorboards in Hamburg Horn

Hello dear seekers... In our small but nice 3-person shared apartment is a nice room free and for this we are looking for you ;-)

We are Mohsin (27) and Alexander (25), both working and in our spare time we love to travel and discover the world. When we are in the country, we like to cook, also with my roommates if they feel like it. Otherwise we play Playstation or watch Netflix for nights. We are sports enthusiasts, ride our racing bikes, play soccer and handball. We are also into music and books and photography.
We would be happy about a sympathetic and open-minded person with whom we can sit together in the kitchen or go to the movies and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a small quiet street in Hamburg Horn.
In the beautiful and centrally located 3-person shared apartment is an approx. 10 m² room free. The room is rented fully furnished and can be moved in directly after unpacking your suitcase. Bed, wardrobe, desk, coat hooks, mirror and lights are available. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. For chatting in the evening there is a cozy sitting area with TV. The daylit bathroom invites you to relax and bathe in the bathtub.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

Grosseweg is located in the east of Hamburg and is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, Horner Park is within walking distance or you can stroll through the nearby allotment garden association.
Those who want a larger offer are of course well served at the Horner racecourse. You can get here in about 15 minutes by bike.
At the track, Horner residents and visitors can relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.
Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the subway station Legienstraße (U2/U4). This takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.
