In our small but nice 3-room flat, 2 furnished rooms are available. One for 01.11. and one for the start of the New Year on 01.01.23.

Levi (22) Trainee in retail, looking for 2 new roommates. We do not want a community of purpose, but a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. More members for relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous shared flats. People who also feel like cooking together, drinking a wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can, but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn.
The light-flooded room is about 8 square meters in size, modernly furnished and has a beautiful wooden floor. Since it is furnished, there is no furniture shopping stress ;-)
Just unpack the suitcases and live. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a seating area with a TV, where residents can end the day. Ready-made, for work, university or the evening, will be located in the bathroom with a window for natural light and shower.


There are no additional costs and are covered by the flat-rate rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

The Grosseweg is located in the east of Hamburg and is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity there are bakers, kiosk, penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For great shopping, go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg wait.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Park is within walking distance or you can take a walk through the nearby allotment garden club.
If you want a larger offer, you are of course well served at the Horner racecourse. You can get here in about 15 minutes by bike.
On the track, Horner and visitors can relax on a green meadow or during a sporting activity. The amusement park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside derby times. There is the possibility to have a barbecue and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workout are also possible here, as well as cycling and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.
Horn is well connected to public transport. The underground station Legienstraße (U2/U4) can be reached in about a 5-7 minute walk. It takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car you can quickly get to the Horner roundabout, through which you can get to the highways in all directions.
