10sqm furnished - 3 flat share - in 10 minutes in the city center - central in Horn

Hello dear seekers... We have a nice furnished room available in our small but nice shared flat for 3 people ;-)

We are:

Adelia (23)
- Hobbies: Reading, yoga, listening to music
- What doesn't work in a shared flat: No respect and being unfriendly

Alexander (27)
- Hobbies: Photography, leisure activities with friends, cooking and partying together.
- What's not possible in a shared flat: Mold in the fridge

We would be happy to meet likeable and open-minded people with a healthy sense of cleanliness who also enjoy sitting together in the kitchen or going out together.

Room

In our beautiful and centrally located 3-person shared apartment is available immediately. an approx. 10m² (furnished) room.

Each room, like all other areas of the apartment, were freshly renovated at the end of 2015, this includes:
- Renovation of the beautiful old floor
- Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Renovated bathroom.
- Renovated kitchen.

Service charges do not apply and are included in the all-inclusive rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

Grosseweg is located in the east of Hamburg and is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, Horner Park is within walking distance or you can stroll through the nearby allotment garden association.
Those who want a larger offer are of course well served at the Horner racecourse. You can get here in about 15 minutes by bike.
At the track, Horner residents and visitors can relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.
Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the subway station Legienstraße (U2/U4). This takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
