Unfurnished 14 sqm shared room for 01.02. in Hamburg Horn

Hello dear seekers... We have a room available in our small but nice shared flat for 3 people.

We are Norman and Neil. We both work and in our free time we play computer games, watch anime or go for a walk and visit the odd cafe. We like to do sports, read or educate ourselves and meet our friends.
We don't want a partnership of convenience, but a nice life together with a new person who is friendly and open-minded. Has a healthy sense of cleanliness and can get on with our motto "everything can, but nothing must" and would like to move in.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn.

The light-flooded room is approx. 14 square meters in size and has a beautiful wooden floor. Due to the almost square cut, it offers a lot of space to furnish according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy balmy summer evenings. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven and matching extractor hood, a large fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The washing machine also has its place here. There is also a seating area with a TV where residents can wind down at the end of the day. Getting ready for work, university or the evening is done in the bathroom with window for natural light and shower.


There are no service charges and these are included in the flat-rate rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate) is also included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

Grosseweg is located in the east of Hamburg and is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
There is a bakery, kiosk, penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
For great shopping, head to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or Jungfernstieg await.
For daily relaxation and jogging, Horner Park is within walking distance or you can stroll through the nearby allotment garden association.
If you are looking for something more extensive, the Horner Rennbahn is of course a good choice. You can get here by bike in about 15 minutes.
Horner and visitors can relax on the green meadow or enjoy a sporting activity on the track. The leisure park is open to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are just as possible here as cycling and inline skating. Free fitness equipment is also available.
Horn is well connected to public transport. The Legienstraße subway station (U2/U4) is a 5-7 minute walk away. This takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the highways in all directions.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
