In this beautiful 3-person shared flat, all rooms will be vacant at almost the same time, which is like starting a new business. 2 new residents can move in immediately and a third person will join in May.
As you all move in at almost the same time, you have the change to start a new shared flat life... There is a choice of one furnished and 2 unfurnished rooms, one of which is available immediately and one on 01.05.

We would like it not to be a purpose-built flat share, but to find nice, friendly people who want to embark on a new adventure.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the center of Hamburg Horn.

The vacant room is 15 square meters in size, has 2 windows that let in plenty of light and is rented unfurnished. So you can furnish it as you wish and let your imagination run wild. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a large fridge with a large freezer compartment, as well as a cozy seating area where you can end the evening with your tenants.
The bathroom has a window and invites you to take a quick shower to freshen up in the morning or a relaxing bath in the bathtub in the evening.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The apartment is centrally located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Park is right on the doorstep.
If you want an even bigger offer, you are of course well served at the Horner Rennbahn. You can get here in about 5 minutes by bike.
At the track, Horner residents and visitors can relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. By walking for about 5 minutes, you can reach the subway station Horner Rennbahn. The subway takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner traffic circle, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
