Renovated 3-bed flat share in Hamburg Horn

Hey everyone, we are Magnus (20) and Jan (23).

We have a room available in our beautiful shared flat and we are looking for you!

We like to do sports in our free time. We also like doing things with friends and spending time outdoors.

We are looking for a nice, communicative person who would like to live in a friendly shared flat in Hamburg Horn.

Room

There is a nice room available in our newly renovated shared flat.
The room is 12 square meters and can be furnished as you wish.

The rent is an all-inclusive rent including utilities. Everything is included (water, electricity, heating).

Location

Horn is a rapidly growing district in the east of Hamburg.
Restaurants, doctors and shops for daily needs are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.
The small green spaces and Horn Park are ideal for walking, jogging and other leisure activities. And of course the Horner Rennbahn leisure park. Horner residents and visitors can relax on the green meadow or enjoy a sporting activity on the track. The leisure park is open to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are just as possible here as cycling and inline skating. Free fitness equipment is also available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. The Horner Rennbahn subway station (U2/U4) is about a 5-minute walk away. This takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the highways in all directions.
