In this beautiful 3-room shared flat there is a complete change at 01.10., which is like a new foundation, because all rooms become free. Since everyone is moving in at the same time, you have the chance to start a new shared flat life :) Our goal is that it does not become a community of purpose, but we wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn.
The light-flooded room has about 11m2 and since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and the day-lit bathroom has a shower and enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) included in the package rental

Location

Horn is a rapidly growing district in the east of Hamburg.
In the immediate vicinity, restaurants, doctors, as well as shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
The small green areas and the Horner Park invite you to walk as well as to jog or other leisure activities. In addition, of course, the Horner Racecourse theme park. On the track, Horner and visitors can relax on a green meadow or during a sporting activity. The amusement park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside derby times. There is the possibility to have a barbecue and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workout are also possible here, as well as cycling and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. By a 5-7 minute walk you can reach the subway station Horner Rennbahn (U2 / U4). It takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car you can quickly get to the Horner roundabout, through which you can get to the highways in all directions.
