We are looking for a likeable, open-minded person 🫶 who is up for a relaxed get-together - and has a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧽🧼😉.

In our free time, we are sporty and creative 🎾⚽📸🎬 - whether it's playing volleyball or soccer, outdoors with a camera or simply jogging and going for a walk 🏃‍♂️🌳.

We're not looking for a purely functional flat share, but a friendly and enjoyable life together 🏡✨. If you fancy cooking together from time to time 🍝, drinking a glass of wine or beer 🍷🍻 or exploring Hamburg 🚲🌆 - then we look forward to hearing from you! 😊

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a well-kept apartment building in a quiet street in beautiful Hamburg-Horn 🏡🌳.

Your future room is approx. 11 m² in size, wonderfully bright 🌞 and unfurnished - so you can design and furnish it entirely to your taste 🛋️.

The modern fitted kitchen 🍽️ has a dishwasher 🧼 and the daylight bathroom 🚿 has a shower and enough space for all your bathroom utensils 🧴🪥.

And best of all: there are no additional costs! 🙌
TV 📺 and Internet (WLAN & network) 🌐 are already included in the all-inclusive rent 💶✅.

Horn is a dynamically growing district in the east of Hamburg that combines urban life with plenty of nature. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, shops, pharmacies and doctors - all within easy walking distance 🛒☕👩‍⚕️

The nearby Horner Park is ideal for walks, jogging or relaxing afternoons. A real highlight is the Horner Rennbahn, which serves as a publicly accessible leisure park outside of Derby times.

🚇 Top connections
The Horner Rennbahn subway station (U2/U4) is just a 5-7 minute walk away. From there, you can get to Hamburg Central Station in just 10 minutes - and thus directly into the city center.
By car, you can reach the Horner Kreisel traffic circle in just a few minutes, which gives you easy access to the highways (A1/A24/A255) - ideal for commuters or weekend trips 🚗🗺️
