Hi, we are Iva (28) and Deniz (27). Our roommate is moving out, so we are looking for a new person to move in with us. We would be happy to have sympathetic and open-minded prospective tenants, with a healthy sense of cleanliness. In our free time we like to do sports, draw and paint, cook or meet friends. We are looking forward to someone new who also brings a few hobbies and has a desire to discover Hamburg together with us. Lately, unfortunately, we have not spent so much time together, but would like to change that, if the working hours allow it, because we always have a good mood and like harmony :)

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, near the subway stop Horner Rennbahn.
The room is about 12m² and can be furnished to your own taste and liking, as it is rented unfurnished. A living and working or sleeping area can be created here. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including freezer, dishwasher, oven with matching ceramic hob. The bright bathroom with window is simple and practical with shower and washbasin. More you do not need to freshen up.

Service charges are not a. They are included in the all-inclusive rent as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

Posteltsweg is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn and is a very quiet side street and one-way street.In the immediate vicinity are baker, kiosk, pharmacy, restaurants, tanning salon, Lotto, ... .

By 5-7 minutes walk you reach the subway station Horner Rennbahn (U2/U4). Within 10 minutes you are in the middle of the city (main station). In addition, the shopping center Horner Rennbahn is adjacent to the subway station. With doctors, grocery stores, opticians, clothing stores, telephone stores, Budni, hairdresser, bank, etc..
