Hi, we are Nishant (27) Software Engineer and Nils (22) Vehicle engineer trainee from Soest.
Our 3 dear roommates move out, so that with us 3 rooms become free. The apartment has just been freshly renovated, and has 2 bathrooms and a large shared kitchen. In our free time we all like to be active and creative. Everyone has their hobbies such as photography, painting, music and art, cooking, travelling, windsurfing, jogging, badminton, football, skating and yoga. We also like watching movies, playing board games, meeting friends and discovering Hamburg.
We do not want a functional community, but wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness (dishwasher and washing machine available).

Room

The room is about 14sqm large, and flooded with natural light through the large window wonderful.

Each of the rooms, as well as all other areas of the apartment have just been renovated in fresh, includes:
- New floor in the entire apartment.
Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new kitchen.
Ceiling spots in kitchen and hallway.
- Network-, telephone - and TV connection in every room, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the flat rate included

Location

The Weddestraße 80 is in a Quiet side street in the family friendly district of Hamburg-Horn. In the immediate vicinity of the bakery, a Kiosk, a Penny, a pharmacy, Restaurants, sun Studio, the lottery, and the Billstedt-Center, which is the largest Shopping Center in Hamburg's East... .

In 5-7 minutes walk you reach the metro Station legien Strasse (U2/U4). Within 10 minutes you are therefore in the middle of the city (Central station).
