Beautiful flat share for 5 - in 10 min. in the city center

Hello everyone. Two rooms are becoming available in our shared flat.

We are Silvia, Fabian and Niyusha and we are looking for new, nice people who would like to move in with us.
We are students or working and like to do sports or creative activities in our free time. We also like to sit together in the evenings.
Maybe you can bring another hobby with you. We are open to everything and would be delighted to find a friendly, open-minded person who fits in with us and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The room is about 14sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows.

Each room, as well as all other areas of the apartment, have just been freshly renovated, this includes:
- New flooring throughout the apartment.
- Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new kitchen.
- Ceiling spotlights in kitchen and hallway.
- Network, telephone and TV connection in each of the rooms, as well as WLAN in the entire apartment.

Service charges do not apply and are included in the all-inclusive rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

Weddestraße is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, Horner Park is within walking distance or you can stroll through the nearby allotment garden association.
Those who want a larger offer are of course well served at the Horner racecourse. You can get here in about 15 minutes by bike.
At the track, Horner residents and visitors can relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the subway station Legienstraße (U2/U4). This takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
