3 WG - 10 min. in the city center

Hello dear WG-finder,
we are Melissa (22) Apprentice to the OTA and Alicia (21), Junior Editor. Our dear roommate moving out, and therefore we are looking for a new roommate (m/w). We like it clean and tidy, but who is not. A washing machine and a dishwasher are available. After work we meet more often in the kitchen, and the events of the day, however, it is a relaxed atmosphere and no one is forced to participate. At leisure we like to do: sports, meet friends, or travel the world. Maybe you share with Yes one or the other Hobby, or just take a few more. We are open for something New.

Room

The room has about 17qm and flooded with natural light through the large window wonderful.

Each of the rooms, as well as all other areas of the apartment have been freshly painted.

Network-, telephone - and TV connection in the rooms, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment are in each.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the flat rate included

Location

The Horner road 217 is located directly across from Horner Park in the family friendly district of Hamburg-Horn. In the immediate vicinity of the bakery, Kiosk, pharmacy, Restaurants, sun Studio, Lotto, ... .

In 5-7 minutes walk you reach the subway Station Horner Rennbahn (U2/U4). Within 10 minutes you are therefore in the middle of the city (Central station). Also adjacent to the metro Station and also the shopping center Horner Rennbahn on. With Doctors, grocery stores, opticians, clothing stores, phone shops, Budni, a hairdresser, a Bank, etc.
