Unfurnished 14 sqm room in shared flat for 01.03. in Hamburg Horn

Hello everyone.

A room will be available in this nice, small 3-person shared flat on 01.03.
We are Sebastian (moving in in February) and Steffen, both working and are looking for someone who is friendly, open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. In our free time we like to go out with friends. We are active in sports, play volleyball and soccer or go jogging or to the gym.
We don't want a partnership of convenience, but a nice life together. A nice person who would also like to cook together, drink a glass of wine or beer together or go for a walk through Hamburg.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn.

The bright room has approx. 14m² and as it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. There are hardly any limits to your imagination thanks to the square cut.
The modern fitted kitchen in light gray/white is equipped with a dishwasher and invites you to sizzle or bake.
The daylight bathroom is practical and modern with a shower and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN)

Location

Horn is a rapidly growing district in the east of Hamburg.
In the immediate vicinity, gastronomy, doctors, as well as shopping facilities for daily needs are within walking distance.
The small green spaces and the Horner Park invites both for walking and jogging or other leisure activities. In addition, of course, the recreational park Horner Rennbahn. At the track, Horner residents and visitors relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the subway station Horner Rennbahn (U2/U4). This takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly get to the Horner traffic circle, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.
