When we're not at university, we like to be active - whether it's volleyball, handball, badminton or yoga! 🏐🧘‍♀️🏸
But we also enjoy a relaxing walk outside or a cooking or baking evening together in our cozy shared kitchen 🍝🍪🌿

It's important to us that we don't live a functional shared flat life, but a friendly and warm atmosphere. We like to chat together from time to time, but of course we also respect when someone needs their peace and quiet ☺️

The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-kept apartment building - very close to the Horner Rennbahn 🏡🌳

The approx. 7.3 sqm room is furnished and ready for you to move in - unpack your suitcase and feel at home 🎒🛏️

You can conjure up delicious meals together in the modern fitted kitchen 🍳🥗
It is equipped with a ceramic hob & oven, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment ❄️
There's also a cozy seating area, perfect for eating or chatting with your flatmates 🍽️🗨️

The rooms are located in the beautiful Hamburg-Horn district - central and yet pleasantly green 🌳🏙️

The Horner Rennbahn subway station (lines U2 & U4) is just around the corner 🚇
This means you can be at the main station or Jungfernstieg in just 10-15 minutes - perfect for anyone who wants to get around Hamburg quickly and easily. You can also reach Überseequartier in around 15 minutes.
The U2 underground line takes you to Berliner Tor in just 5 minutes, an important hub for other U- & S-Bahn lines 🔁

Horner Rennbahn and Horner Geestpark offer plenty of space for jogging, walking or simply relaxing ☀️🏃‍♂️🌿
