Hello dear seekers... In our small but nice 3-room flat, a nice room becomes available and that's why we are looking for you ;-)
We are Mohsin (27) and Munib (27), both working and in our free time we like to travel and discover the world. When we are in the country, we like to cook, even with my roommates, if you feel like it. Otherwise, we play Playstation or watch Netflix at night. We are sports enthusiasts, ride a road bike, play football and handball. Music and books are also an issue for us.
We would be happy to have a friendly and open-minded person with whom we can sit together in the kitchen, or go to the cinema and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a very quiet street in Hamburg Horn and has a beautiful wooden floor in all rooms.
The room is about 14 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be freely furnished according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area with a TV. The bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub and offers enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat), included in the rent ;-)

Location

The Grosseweg is located in the east of Hamburg and is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity there are bakers, kiosk, penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For great shopping, go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg wait.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Park is within walking distance or you can take a walk through the nearby allotment garden club.
If you want a larger offer, you are of course well served at the Horner racecourse. You can get here in about 15 minutes by bike.
On the track, Horner and visitors can relax on a green meadow or during a sporting activity. The amusement park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside derby times. There is the possibility to have a barbecue and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workout are also possible here, as well as cycling and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.
Horn is well connected to public transport. The underground station Legienstraße (U2/U4) can be reached in about a 5-7 minute walk. It takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car you can quickly get to the Horner roundabout, through which you can get to the highways in all directions.
