Hey, dear roommate seekers... We will have a room available on 01.08. and we are looking for you ;-)
We are Uyen (21), marketing employee and Saskia (25) logistics employee.
In our free time we like to go swimming or play music. We also like to read or watch one or the other movie. Enjoy cycling and skiing or hiking. We hope that it will not be a community of purpose, but a nice coexistence with a new person who suits us well, is sympathetic, open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The room is one of 3 in the apartment and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, which can be found in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn. The room is flooded with light and about 10 qm2 in size. Since it is furnished, you have no stress with buying furniture ;- ) You can just unpack your suitcases and live, because the bed, wardrobe, desk, lighting and small decorative accessories are all already there.

The apartment was renovated in March 2021. In the process, the beautiful, old floor was reprocessed, the walls were papered and painted white, the bathroom was renewed. The large eat-in kitchen has been renovated and equipped with a dishwasher and a nice seating area with TV, where you can meet and sit together.

You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are, like access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

The Grosseweg is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity there are bakers, kiosk, penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For great shopping, go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg wait.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Park is within walking distance or you can take a walk through the nearby allotment garden club.
If you want a larger offer, you are of course well served at the Horner racecourse. You can get here in about 15 minutes by bike.
On the track, Horner and visitors can relax on a green meadow or during a sporting activity. The amusement park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside derby times. There is the possibility to have a barbecue and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workout are also possible here, as well as cycling and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. The underground station Legienstraße (U2/U4) can be reached in about a 5-7 minute walk. It takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car you can quickly get to the Horner roundabout, through which you can get to the highways in all directions.
