Shared room to the 1. September - 14 sqm - unfurnished - central in Hamburg Horn

Hey, dear WG room seekers... With us to 01.09. a room is free and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Lisanne (21) and Marzie (30). We are both working and in our free time we like to go sportive. Swimming, hiking, biking, walking or skiing are all on our agenda. In the creative area we read one or the other book, write by ourselves or take pictures. When we are not at home, we meet our friends and move around the houses.

We wish that it will not be a community of purpose, but a nice living together with a new person who fits well with us, is sympathetic, open-minded and has a healthy sense for cleanliness. Another member for this relaxed, fun, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. People who also feel like cooking together sometimes have a wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is important despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The room is one of 3 in the apartment and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, which is located in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn. The room is wonderfully bright and flooded with light and about 14 square meters. Since it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it according to your own wishes and needs.

The apartment was renovated in March 2021. Here, the beautiful old floor was refurbished, the walls were wallpapered and painted white, the bathroom was renewed. The large eat-in kitchen was renovated and equipped with a dishwasher and a nice sitting area where you can meet and sit together.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, just like the access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

Grosseweg is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, Horner Park is within walking distance or you can stroll through the nearby allotment garden association.
Those who want a larger offer are of course well served at the Horner racecourse. You can get here in about 15 minutes by bike.
At the track, Horner residents and visitors can relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the subway station Legienstraße (U2/U4). This takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.
