We’re looking for a friendly and open-minded person who’s interested in a relaxed and friendly living situation. Of course, a certain level of cleanliness and tidiness should be important to you, too. 🧼

In our free time, we enjoy staying active, going to the gym 💪, cooking delicious meals 🍝, and occasionally reading a good book. ☕️

We’re not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather a pleasant and friendly living situation where everyone feels comfortable and enjoys spending time together. Whether it’s cooking together 🍕, having a glass of wine or beer every now and then, or exploring Hamburg together—we’re up for just about anything! 😎

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a well-maintained apartment building on a quiet street in beautiful Hamburg-Horn. 🏡

Your future room is 17 m² in size, wonderfully bright, and unfurnished—so you can decorate and furnish it entirely to your own taste. 🛋️

The modern built-in kitchen features a dishwasher and is perfect for cooking together. 🍽️ The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and offers plenty of space for all your bathroom essentials. 🚿

And best of all: there are no additional utility costs! 💶 TV and internet (Wi-Fi and wired connection) are already included in the flat-rate rent. ✅

Location

Horn is a rapidly growing neighborhood in eastern Hamburg that combines urban life with plenty of nature. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and doctors—all within easy walking distance. ☕

🌳 Green Spaces & Recreation
The nearby Horner Park is perfect for walks, jogs, or relaxing afternoons. A real highlight is the Horner Rennbahn, which serves as a public recreational park outside of derby season.

🚇 Excellent Transportation Links
The Horner Rennbahn subway station (U2/U4) is a 5–7-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Hamburg Central Station in just about 10 minutes—and thus go straight to downtown.
By car, you’ll reach the Horner Kreisel in just a few minutes, which provides excellent access to the highways (A1/A24/A255)—ideal for commuters or weekend trips 🚗
