Moin. in our beautiful 3-person shared apartment is a room free and we are looking for you...

We are Vanja (30) and Johannes (21), working and studying and in our free time we like technology and music. They also like to read sometimes and are in the scouts. We would like an open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and community spirit. We are not a shared flat that sits on top of each other all the time, it's more like everyone comfortably does their thing. Due to our long and different work and university hours, it is unfortunately rare that we chat in the kitchen, cook and eat together or let the day end.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Horn.

The light-flooded room, has about 12 m² and can, since it is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and little things like lamps, carpet, mirror.... furnished, can be moved directly and without furniture shopping stress. Just unpack your bags and live ;-) The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and the spacious bathroom with window, invites you to take a relaxing shower.

There are no additional costs. They are, like the access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

Horn is a rapidly growing district in the east of Hamburg.
In the immediate vicinity, gastronomy, doctors, as well as shopping facilities for daily needs are within walking distance.
The small green spaces and the Horner Park invites for a walk as well as for jogging or other leisure activities.

The subway station Horner Rennbahn, which is adjacent to a small shopping center, is reached after a 5-7 minute walk. From here you can take the U2 and U4, with which you can reach Hamburg's city center in 10 minutes.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
