A room is opening up in our lovely 3-person shared apartment, and we’re looking for you! 🏡

We’re Vanja (35) and Johannes (24)—Vanja works, and Johannes is a student. In our free time, we enjoy working on tech projects and listening to music. 🎶 We also love to read 📚 and are active in the Boy Scouts.

For our shared apartment, we’re looking for an open-minded, easygoing, and friendly person who has a good sense of cleanliness and consideration for others and is eager to enjoy a pleasant living situation with us 🤝.

However, we’re not the kind of shared apartment where everyone has to do everything together all the time. With us, everyone generally enjoys doing their own thing in a relaxed way every now and then ☕.
Because of our varying—and sometimes long—work and school schedules, it unfortunately doesn’t happen very often that we sit together in the kitchen, cook and eat together, or wind down the evening with a nice conversation 🍝.

So if you’re looking for a laid-back shared apartment with an easygoing and respectful atmosphere, we might be a great fit! 🏠

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building in Hamburg-Horn 🏡

The bright, light-filled room measures 12 m² and is fully furnished. 🛏️ A bed, wardrobe, desk, and many small touches like lamps, a rug, and a mirror are provided—so you can move in right away without having to buy or assemble any furniture first.

Just unpack your bags and make yourself at home!

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher 🍽️, and the spacious bathroom with a window offers plenty of room and is perfect for a relaxing shower 🌿.

The costs are straightforward, too: there are no additional utility charges. The flat-rate rent already includes access to TV, internet (Wi-Fi), and a phone line with a landline flat rate. 📶

Location

Hamburg-Horn is a thriving and steadily growing neighborhood in eastern Hamburg. 🌿 Here you’ll find a pleasant mix of urban life and plenty of green space.
In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous restaurants, cafés, doctors’ offices, and shopping options for your daily needs—much of it within easy walking distance.

There are also plenty of opportunities for relaxation and leisure. 🌳 The small green spaces and the nearby Horner Park are perfect for a relaxing stroll, a jog, or simply unwinding in nature.☀️

The Horner Rennbahn subway station 🚇 is about a 5–7-minute walk away and is right next to a small shopping center. 🛍️ From there, the U2 and U4 lines will take you to downtown Hamburg in just about 10 minutes. 🚇

Thanks to the excellent public transportation connections, you can quickly reach the heart of Hamburg—while still enjoying the quieter, greener side of Horn.
