🏡 The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Horn.

The bright room (18 sqm) features beautiful hardwood floors ✨. Since it’s unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it exactly as you like 🛋️.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need—including a dishwasher and a cozy seating area where you can relax. ☕

🛁 The bathroom, bathed in natural light, features a modern design and is perfect for unwinding in the bathtub.

💰 Utility bills? None! Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent—including TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi), and a phone line. 💻

Location

The apartment is located in the southern part of the family-friendly Hamburg-Horn neighborhood 🏡.

In the immediate area, you’ll find everything you need for everyday life: a bakery, a newsstand, an Aldi, a pharmacy, as well as small bars and restaurants 🍴. For bigger shopping trips, head to the Billstedt Center—the largest shopping mall in eastern Hamburg. 🛍️ If you’re in the mood to explore the city, the subway will take you quickly to the heart of Hamburg, such as Mönckebergstraße or Jungfernstieg 🚇.
For some relaxation, Blohms Park 🌳 is right on your doorstep—perfect for walking, jogging, or just unwinding. Another real highlight is the Horner Rennbahn 🏞️, which is about a 5-minute bike ride away and offers a variety of recreational activities such as barbecue areas, mini-golf, fitness equipment, and yoga in a green setting.
