A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you!

My name is Boris (23) and I am looking for another roommate. A new roommate is already moving in on 01.11 and now we are looking for another likeable, open-minded person who would like to become part of this shared flat. In my free time, I like to go bouldering. I also enjoy reading and cooking in my free time :)

Room

The shared flat is located on the top floor (without slopes) of an apartment building.
The room has approx. 10 sqm and is very bright due to the large window front. As it is rented furnished, there is no furniture shopping stress. Just unpack your suitcase and live. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The bathroom is functional and practical with a shower.
There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The rooms on offer are located directly in the beautiful district of Hamburg Horn.

The immediate proximity to the subway station Horner Rennbahn with the lines U2 and U4 enables a quick connection to the city center and the other beautiful districts that the city of Hamburg has to offer. Horner Rennbahn and Horner Geestpark offer numerous leisure opportunities in the countryside, ideal for recreation or sporting activities. Furthermore, shopping facilities, pharmacies, educational institutions and doctors are located in the immediate vicinity. Fresh fruit and vegetables can also be found several times a week at the weekly market near Horner Rennbahn.

The U2 and U4 lines run directly from Horner Rennbahn to the main train station, making the journey quick and easy in 10-15 minutes. Jungfernstieg can also be reached via the U4 in 10 minutes, as can Überseequartier in around 15 minutes. The U2 takes you to Berliner Tor, an important transfer point to other U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines, in just 5 minutes.

You are between 18 and 32 years old, feel that you could be a good fit and would like to stay for at least 6 months. You would like to move into the room alone and don't have any pets.
