Hey, my name is Louie and I'm a student.
I like traveling, listening to music, good food and bars, reading a book or two and hanging out with my friends. I would be happy to meet 2 new people who are open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. I am not interested in a purpose-built flat share. Maybe we can discover Hamburg together or sit together in the evening and chat.

Room

The shared flat is located on the top floor (without slopes) of an apartment building.
The room has approx. 18 sqm and is very bright due to the large window front. As it is rented unfurnished, it can be furnished and decorated according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area with TV. The bathroom is functional and practical with a shower.
There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

Posteltsweg is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn in the east of Hamburg.
In the immediate vicinity you will find everything for your daily needs. Baker, kiosk, various discount stores, doctors and pharmacies, as well as small bars and restaurants.
In addition, of course, the Horner Rennbahn amusement park. On the track Horner and visitors relax on green meadows or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the subway station Horner Rennbahn (U2/U4). This takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly get to the Horner traffic circle, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.

You are between 18 and 32 years old, feel that you could fit in and would like to stay for at least 6 months. You would like to move into one of the rooms alone and don't have any pets.
