A complete shake-up here. Wiliam (21) is moving into this beautiful shared flat in Horn on 01.07. The other flatmates have not yet been confirmed. William will be starting a new job in Hamburg in July and is looking forward to this exciting phase of his life.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing card games such as UNO or Skyjo and being active - whether jogging or cycling.
He is not only looking for a roof over his head, but is also looking forward to an open flat share with nice flatmates and evenings together.

We have a cozy room available in our 3-bed flat share on the top floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn - and maybe it's just right for you 😊

The flat share: The apartment has 3 rooms, a large common room with an integrated kitchen in a modern style. You'll find everything you need here:
🍳 Large fridge, ceramic hob with oven, extractor hood and a cozy seating area with TV, designed as an open bar area - perfect for cooking evenings together or just chilling out 🛋️
🧺 The washing machine is also right here - so no lugging it down to the cellar!

🚿 The bright daylight bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and washbasin - ideal for freshening up in the morning 🌞

Approx. 18 square meters and unfurnished. It offers enough space to create a wonderful sleeping and working area. You can also furnish it however you like.

The subway station Horner Rennbahn 🚇 (U2 & U4) is in the immediate vicinity and provides a quick connection to the city center and other exciting districts of Hamburg. The Horner Rennbahn racecourse and Horner Geestpark 🌳 are perfect for relaxing walks or sporting activities. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for everyday life - supermarkets 🛒, pharmacies, doctors and various educational institutions. You can also get fresh fruit and vegetables several times a week at the weekly market at Horner Rennbahn.
