Room

The room is approx. 14 m² in size and is located in a 3-room apartment on Horner Landstraße. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a well-kept apartment building and is within walking distance of the subway 🚇.
As the room is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own ideas - the beautiful real wood parquet flooring creates a particularly cozy atmosphere ✨.

The kitchen is modernly equipped and has all the important electrical appliances 🍳🧊 The bathroom has a comfortable bathtub 🛁, perfect for relaxing.
So you have everything you need for everyday life - practical and cozy at the same time ✨

You don't have to worry about utilities, as these are already included in the all-inclusive rent ✅.

The apartment is located in the southern part of the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn 🏡.
You will find everything you need for everyday life in the immediate vicinity: bakery 🥐, kiosk 🛒, Aldi, pharmacy 💊 as well as small bars and restaurants 🍴. For larger shopping trips, head to the Billstedt Center - the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg 🛍️. If you feel like exploring the city, you can quickly reach the center of Hamburg by subway, e.g. on Mönckebergstraße or Jungfernstieg 🚇.
Blohms Park 🌳 right on the doorstep is the perfect place to relax, go for a walk or a jog. Another real highlight is the Horner Rennbahn 🏞️, which can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes and offers a variety of leisure activities such as barbecue areas, mini golf, fitness equipment or yoga in the countryside.
