Nice 3P WG * 2015 refurbished * 10 minutes to downtown

Hi, I'm Svea (19) psychology student from Rotenburg. My dear roommate and move out, unfortunately, so I'm looking for 2 new roommates (m/w). I would welcome a sympathetic and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness (dishwasher available). In my spare time I like doing sports, drawing and love to draw or meet with friends. However, since I own only 1.9. in the WG I don't know pulled here in Hamburg, so many people and would be delighted if we can explore together the city. I'm always in a good mood and like harmony :) If you can imagine to stay at least 6 months, and then reporting you.

Room

In our beautiful and centrally located 3-WG-a approx. 15m2 room is free.

Each room, as all the other areas of the apartment have been renovated by the end of 2015 fresh, and includes:
- New floor in the entire apartment.
Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new bathroom.
- Renovated Kitchen.
Ceiling spots in the bathroom, kitchen and hallway.
- Network-, telephone - and TV connection in every room, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

Location

The Posteltsweg is located in the family friendly district of Hamburg-Horn, and is a very quiet side street and a one-way street.In the immediate vicinity of the bakery, Kiosk, pharmacy, Restaurants, sun Studio, Lotto, ... .

In 5-7 minutes walk you reach the subway Station Horner Rennbahn (U2/U4). Within 10 minutes you are therefore in the middle of the city (Central station). Also adjacent to the metro Station and also the shopping center Horner Rennbahn on. With Doctors, grocery stores, opticians, clothing stores, phone shops, Budni, a hairdresser, a Bank, etc.
