We’re active and love sports 💪🏽🏃‍♀️, but we also love taking time to relax—whether it’s reading 📚, cooking 🍝, or just enjoying a cozy evening in our shared apartment.

In our shared apartment, we value tidiness, consideration, and a harmonious atmosphere ✨. When everyone does their part, things run really smoothly here.
We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, cheerful 😊, and up for cooking or chatting together—but who also wants to enjoy some quiet time now and then.

Room

This is a 4-person shared apartment. The rooms are bright and feature high-quality flooring ✨.

The room is 22.5 square meters and unfurnished, so you can decorate it however you like 🛋️.


🍳 In the built-in kitchen, you can whip up delicious meals together 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳.
It is equipped with:

🍽️ a dishwasher
🧊 a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment

🛁 In the apartment, the toilet and shower room are separate, which provides extra comfort and flexibility in everyday life. You’ll find an example photo from another shared apartment in the listing. The toilet and shower room are currently still being renovated.
💸 Utilities? No extra charges!
They’re already included in the flat-rate rent—just like TV and internet (Wi-Fi) ✔️.

A washer and dryer are waiting for you in the basement—easy to use for a small fee 😊

The apartment is currently undergoing some renovations, so you’ll be moving into fresh, modernized rooms.

The rooms are located in the beautiful Hamburg-Horn district - central and yet pleasantly green 🌳🏙️

The Horner Rennbahn subway station (lines U2 & U4) is just around the corner 🚇
This means you can be at the main station or Jungfernstieg in just 10-15 minutes - perfect for anyone who wants to get around Hamburg quickly and easily. You can also reach Überseequartier in around 15 minutes.
The U2 underground line takes you to Berliner Tor in just 5 minutes, an important hub for other U- & S-Bahn lines 🔁

Horner Rennbahn and Horner Geestpark offer plenty of space for jogging, walking or simply relaxing ☀️🏃‍♂️🌿

You'll find everything you need in the immediate vicinity:
