We are both active in sports 💪🏽🏃‍♀️, but we also love to relax in between - by reading 📚, cooking 🍝 or simply enjoying a cozy evening in the shared flat.
In our shared flat, we value order, consideration and harmonious coexistence ✨. If everyone does their bit, things are really relaxed here.
We're looking for someone who's open, cheerful 😊 and happy to cook or chat together - but also wants to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Room

This is a 4-room shared flat. The rooms are bright and have high-quality flooring ✨.
Two rooms are unfurnished, so you can furnish the rooms according to your own ideas 🛋️.
Thanks to the practical layout, you can easily combine sleeping, living or working areas 💡.
Two rooms are already furnished, so all you have to do is unpack your suitcases and move in.

Room 1 = 19 sqm and 749 EUR
Room 2 (own balcony) = 22.5 sqm and 799 EUR
Room 3 (furnished) = 8.5 sqm and 599 EUR
Room 4 (furnished) = 8.5 sqm and 599 EUR

🍳 In the fitted kitchen you can conjure up delicious dishes together 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳.
It is equipped with:

This means you can be at the main station or Jungfernstieg in just 10-15 minutes - perfect for anyone who wants to get around Hamburg quickly and easily. You can also reach Überseequartier in around 15 minutes.
The U2 underground line takes you to Berliner Tor in just 5 minutes, an important hub for other U- & S-Bahn lines 🔁
