We’re Andrew (25), Tim (23), and Jördis (23)—a laid-back flat share made up of apprentices, students, and working professionals. In our free time, we like to stay active: whether it’s working out, doing yoga, or getting out in nature 🚴‍♂️🧘‍♀️

Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of a well-kept apartment building in Hamburg-Horn.

The room is approx. 19 m² in size and is perfect as a cozy sleeping and living area or as a study 🛏️ - just as you like it! It is nice and bright and offers plenty of space for your personal furnishing ideas 🎨🪴
You can really get going in the kitchen: Conjure up delicious dishes on the ceramic hob or in the oven, plus there's a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment - everything you need to feel at home 👩‍🍳🧁.

The bathroom with natural light is modern, fresh and invites you to take a relaxing shower after a long day 🚿🕯️.
And best of all: there are no additional service charges! 🙌 TV, internet (network & WLAN) 📺💻📱 and telephone 📞 are already included in the all-inclusive rent - so it's all in, all clear! ✅

Rennbahnstraße is located in the middle of the central Hamburg-Horn district 🏙️. Everything you need for everyday life is close by: Bakery 🥐, kiosk 📰, Penny 🛒, pharmacy 💊, small bars 🍻 and restaurants 🍝.

For great shopping 🛍️ head to the Billstedt Center, the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg - or take the subway 🚇 to Hamburg city center. Mönckebergstraße, Spitalerstraße and Jungfernstieg await you there with even more shopping and strolling opportunities 🌆.

Right on the doorstep, the Horner Rennbahn leisure park invites you to relax 🌳 and exercise 🏃. Here, residents and visitors can enjoy the green meadow 🌿, meet up for a barbecue 🔥, play mini golf ⛳ or do sports such as yoga 🧘, workout 💪, cycling 🚴 and inline skating 🛼. Free fitness equipment is also available - perfect for every fitness level! 💚

The public transport connections 🚉 are excellent: the Horner Rennbahn subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can be at Hamburg Central Station in around 10 minutes - and right in the heart of the city! 🏙️

You can also get around quickly by car 🚗: the Horner traffic circle takes you directly to the highways in all directions 🛣️.
