We are Andrew (25), Tim (23) and Alejandra (22) - a relaxed flat share made up of trainees and students. We like to be active in our free time: whether it's fitness, yoga or out and about in nature 🚴‍♂️🧘‍♀️

We also love cooking or baking together 🍝🍰, listening to music and relaxing in the evening - whether it's on the balcony, chatting or watching a movie 📽️🌙.

We would absolutely love to have a nice, friendly flatmate who fits in well with us and wants to live together in harmony 🙌

Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of a well-kept apartment building in Hamburg-Horn.

The room is approx. 19 m² in size and is perfect as a cozy sleeping and living area or as a study 🛏️ - just as you like it! It is nice and bright and offers plenty of space for your personal furnishing ideas 🎨🪴
You can really get going in the kitchen: Conjure up delicious dishes on the ceramic hob or in the oven, plus there's a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment - everything you need to feel at home 👩‍🍳🧁.

The bathroom with natural light is modern, fresh and invites you to take a relaxing shower after a long day 🚿🕯️.
And best of all: there are no additional service charges! 🙌 TV, internet (network & WLAN) 📺💻📱 and telephone 📞 are already included in the all-inclusive rent - so it's all in, all clear! ✅

Location

Rennbahnstraße is located in the central district of Hamburg-Horn. There is a bakery, kiosk, penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. For great shopping, head to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or Jungfernstieg await.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Rennbahn leisure park is right on the doorstep. Here locals and visitors can relax on the green lawns or enjoy a sporting activity. The leisure park is open to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are just as possible here as cycling and inline skating. Free fitness equipment is also available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. The Horner Rennbahn subway station is about a 5-minute walk away. The underground takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the highways in all directions.
