Shared room with 19 sqm living space for 01.05. in Hamburg Horn

We are Jonas (21), Alejandra (21) and Sophia (20). We are trainees and students and like to be active in fitness or yoga.
We also enjoy being outdoors and relaxing in the evening.

Room

The apartment has a total living space of 76 square meters and is located on the top floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Horn.

The vacant room is approx. 19 sqm in size and, like the rest of the apartment, was renovated last year. A beautiful bedroom and living or working space can be created here.
The entire apartment was laid out with vinyl in wood look, all walls were wallpapered and painted. A new fitted kitchen in gray and a shower room with dark floor and light wall tiles were installed.
In the kitchen you can conjure up tasty treats in the oven or on the ceramic hob. It is also equipped with a dishwasher and large fridge with freezer compartment.
The daylight bathroom is modern and invites you to take a relaxing shower after work.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN)

Location

Rennbahnstraße is located in the central district of Hamburg-Horn. There is a bakery, kiosk, penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. For great shopping, head to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or Jungfernstieg await.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Rennbahn leisure park is right on the doorstep. Here locals and visitors can relax on the green lawns or enjoy a sporting activity. The leisure park is open to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are just as possible here as cycling and inline skating. Free fitness equipment is also available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. The Horner Rennbahn subway station is about a 5-minute walk away. The underground takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the highways in all directions.
