A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you!

We are Boris (23) and Cinghung (24) and both students. In our free time we like to cook, read or do sports, for example bouldering. We also like to travel, listen to music or go out with friends in our free time.

We are looking for a nice person who values cleanliness and would like to become part of this flat share.

Room

The flat share is located on the top floor (without slopes) of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn.

It has 3 rooms with a large common room and an integrated kitchen in a modern style. Equipped with a large fridge, oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood and a cozy sitting area with TV, in the form of a counter. The washing machine also has its place here.
The daylight bathroom is bright and modern, with a shower and washing area for freshening up.

Move in stress-free, as the approx. 10 sqm room is fully furnished. Bed, wardrobe, desk, lamps, mirror.... everything is available.

The rental price is an all-inclusive rent, including all additional costs and free use of the Internet (WLAN + LAN).

Location

The rooms on offer are located directly in the beautiful district of Hamburg Horn.

The immediate proximity to the subway station Horner Rennbahn with the lines U2 and U4 enables a quick connection to the city center and the other beautiful districts that the city of Hamburg has to offer. Horner Rennbahn and Horner Geestpark offer numerous leisure opportunities in the countryside, ideal for recreation or sporting activities. Furthermore, shopping facilities, pharmacies, educational institutions and doctors are located in the immediate vicinity. Fresh fruit and vegetables can also be found several times a week at the weekly market near Horner Rennbahn.

The U2 and U4 lines run directly from Horner Rennbahn to the main train station, making the journey quick and easy in 10-15 minutes. Jungfernstieg can also be reached via the U4 in 10 minutes, as can Überseequartier in around 15 minutes. The U2 takes you to Berliner Tor, an important transfer point to other U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines, in just 5 minutes.

You are between 18 and 32 years old, feel that you could fit in and would like to stay for at least 6 months. You would like to move into the room alone and don't have any pets.
