A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you!

We are Boris (23) and Rumiko (20) and are looking for another roommate. We are looking for another likeable, open-minded person who would like to become part of this flat share. We enjoy bouldering in our free time. We also enjoy reading and cooking in our free time. We also enjoy meeting up with friends and exploring Hamburg.

Room

The flat share is located on the top floor (without slopes) of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn.

It has 3 rooms with a large common room and an integrated kitchen in a modern style. Equipped with a large fridge, oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood and a cozy sitting area with TV, in the form of a counter. The washing machine also has its place here.
The daylight bathroom is bright and modern, with a shower and washing area for freshening up.

Move in stress-free, as the approx. 10 sqm room is fully furnished. Bed, wardrobe, desk, lamps, mirror....everything is available :)

There are no additional costs. They are, like the access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The rooms on offer are located directly in the beautiful district of Hamburg Horn.

The immediate proximity to the subway station Horner Rennbahn with the lines U2 and U4 enables a quick connection to the city center and the other beautiful districts that the city of Hamburg has to offer. Horner Rennbahn and Horner Geestpark offer numerous leisure opportunities in the countryside, ideal for recreation or sporting activities. Furthermore, shopping facilities, pharmacies, educational institutions and doctors are located in the immediate vicinity. Fresh fruit and vegetables can also be found several times a week at the weekly market near Horner Rennbahn.

The U2 and U4 lines run directly from Horner Rennbahn to the main train station, making the journey quick and easy in 10-15 minutes. Jungfernstieg can also be reached via the U4 in 10 minutes, as can Überseequartier in around 15 minutes. The U2 takes you to Berliner Tor, an important transfer point to other U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines, in just 5 minutes.
