We’re Diana (23), Juliana (30), and Chris (31)—a diverse mix of students and working professionals 💼.

In our free time, we like to stay active and spend a lot of time with friends. Whether it’s bouldering, swimming, working out 💪, or disc golf—staying active is just part of our lifestyle. We also enjoy relaxing evenings with good music 🎵, exciting podcasts, or a cozy Netflix session 🎬. Plus, we love being outdoors—whether hiking, traveling ✈️, or gardening.

For our shared apartment, we’re looking for an open, friendly, and easygoing person who’s eager to live together harmoniously. 😊 Chatting together, a laid-back evening in the kitchen, or simply getting along well are just as much a part of our lifestyle as mutual respect and a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧹.

Bright Room in a 4-Person Shared Apartment on Lokstedter Steindamm 🏡

The room for rent is located in a 4-room apartment on the 1st floor of an apartment building on beautiful Lokstedter Steindamm.

Measuring 14 m², the room is wonderfully bright and offers you plenty of space to decorate as you please—since it’s unfurnished, you can set it up however you like 🌿

The built-in kitchen features a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Right next to it is the dining room, which also serves as our common area—with a cozy sitting area and TV for relaxing evenings 📺

Two bathrooms ensure there’s no stress in the morning: There’s a modern shower room as well as a full bathroom with a tub—perfect for unwinding after a long day 🛁

Everything is included:
Utilities, internet (Wi-Fi & LAN), TV—all of this is already included in the rent. So you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Location

The apartment is located in Hamburg-Lokstedt—a quiet and popular neighborhood best known for the Hagenbeck Zoo. Here, you can enjoy a pleasant, relaxed lifestyle while still having excellent access to everything you need. 🏡

You’ll find everything you need for daily life right in the neighborhood: Supermarkets, discount stores, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices are all within easy walking distance.

For a full day of shopping, you can bike 🚴 to Osterstraße or the Nedderfeld Center in about 10 minutes.

Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here: Right in the neighborhood is the ETV (Eimsbütteler Turnverband), which offers a wide variety of sports activities—including beach volleyball 🏐, tennis 🎾, soccer ⚽, and many more options. SC Victoria, as well as numerous green spaces and sports facilities, also offer ideal conditions for active leisure activities. 🌳

If you enjoy spending time outdoors, Haynspark, the Eppendorfer Mühlenteich, and the Alsterlauf are just a few minutes away—perfect for walking, jogging, or relaxing. ☀️

The University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) is also very close by and just a 5-minute walk away.

Transportation connections are excellent: The nearest bus stop is within easy walking distance. Bus line 5 takes you to Hamburg Central Station in about 30 minutes or to the Hoheluftbrücke subway station in about 10 minutes. From there, the U3 subway line takes you directly to downtown in about 17 minutes. 🚇

You’re also well connected by car: The A7 and A23 highways and Hamburg Airport are quick and easy to reach.
