4 WG * Lokstedt * re-ESTABLISHMENT * Directly on the UKE

Hi Guys,
it's going to be a re-establishment of a 4er WG.

The four rooms are 12 sqm and 22sqm and costs 549€/month (rent!).
The apartment has a very special cut, so that all of the rooms are very bright.

The community rooms are fully-furnished and stylish, the four rooms are Unfurnished.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

Living

Since all feeding at the same time, you have the Chance of a new WG to start life :) Our goal is that it is not the purpose of community, but want to have a nice life together of people that fit together well, sympathetic and open-minded, and a healthy sense of cleanliness (washing machine, dishwasher available).

Maybe you also directly to someone who wants to move in with me, no Problem at all.

Location

In a 5-minute walk, the UKE is reached, the bakery, banks, Restaurants, a hairdresser, a florist, Doctors, Internet cafe, books in the hall and connect, etc.
