We are Florian (19), Carla (20) and Chris (30) - a colorful mix of students and professionals. In our free time, we like to hang out with friends, play sports (volleyball, gym), listen to music & podcasts and relax with Netflix. We also enjoy being outdoors, be it hiking, traveling, gardening or disc golf.

We are looking for a friendly, open-minded person who enjoys living together in a friendly shared flat and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Bright room in a 4-bed shared flat in Lokstedter Steindamm 🏡✨

The room on offer is located in a 4-room apartment on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the beautiful Lokstedter Steindamm.

With its approx. 14 m², the room is wonderfully bright and offers you plenty of space for free design - as it is unfurnished, you can furnish it to your heart's content 🛋️🌿

The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.
Right next to it is the dining room, which is also our common room - with a cozy seating area and TV for relaxing evenings 🍽️📺

Two bathrooms ensure that there is no stress in the morning: there is a modern shower room and a full bathroom with a bath - perfect for unwinding after a long day 🚿🛁

Utilities, internet (WLAN & LAN), TV - all this is already included in the rent. So you don't have to worry about anything else!

Location

The apartment is located in Lokstedt. A quiet district of Hamburg, which is known far beyond the city limits for its zoo Hagenbeck.

The daily needs can be covered in the immediate vicinity. Doctors, banks, small stores and discounters are in the immediate vicinity.
For larger purchases, you can reach the Osterstraße or the Nedderfeld Center by bike in about 10 minutes.

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves directly in the neighborhood at the ETV (Eimsbütteler Turnverband e.V.): The Hoheluft Sports Center is home to a three-field hall, a beach volleyball facility, an artificial turf soccer field, an indoor tennis court and several tennis courts. In addition, the SC Victoria and other sports facilities and green spaces offer all kinds of games for sports enthusiasts.

Haynspark with Eppendorfer Mühlenteich and Alsterlauf are located on the other side of the clinic, in Eppendorf. The neighboring University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf (UKE) is only a 5-minute walk away.

The nearest bus stop is within walking distance. From here you can reach the main train station in about 30 minutes with the 5er or in 10 minutes to the next U Bahn stop Hoheluftbrücke. From here, the U3 also takes about 17 minutes to the city center.
Also by car the connection is good due to the central location. The A7, the A23 and the airport can be reached quickly from here.
