Moin dear seekers... A room will be available in our shared flat on 01.10. and we are looking for you...

We are Mirella (20) and Emma (21).
We are apprentices and employees, like to meet with friends in our free time, are active in sports and musically. We like to spend one or the other evening together in our kitchen or in front of Netflix. We would be delighted to have a personable and open-minded person with a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The offered room is located in a 4 room apartment, which is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the Lokstedter Steindamm.

The light-flooded room has a size of about 14 m2 and since it is unfurnished, you can furnish it according to your own wishes and needs.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine here. The dining room, the common room, is equipped with a dining area and TV. Ready-made, whether for work or the evening, will be located in one of the two bathrooms. There is a shower and a full bath.

You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are, as well as access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat), included in the rent.

Location

The apartment is located in Lokstedt. A quiet district of Hamburg, which is known far beyond the city limits for its Hagenbeck animal park.

The daily needs can be covered in the immediate vicinity. Doctors, banks, small shops and discount stores are located in the immediate vicinity.
For larger purchases you can reach e.g. Osterstraße or the Nedderfeld Center in about 10 minutes by bike.

Athletes can let off steam directly in the neighborhood at the ETV (Eimsbütteler Turnverband e.V.): The Hoheluft sports center is home to a three-field hall, a beach volleyball court, an artificial grass football field, a tennis hall and several tennis courts. In addition, the SC Victoria and other sports facilities and green areas offer all kinds of sports for sports enthusiasts.

The Haynspark with Eppendorfer Mühlenteich and Alsterlauf are located on the other side of the hospital, in Eppendorf. The neighbouring University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf (UKE) is just a 5-minute walk away.

The nearest bus stop is within walking distance. From here you can reach the central station in about 30 minutes with the 5er or in 10 minutes to the nearest underground station Hoheluftbrücke. From here, the U3 also takes about 17 minutes to the city center.
Also by car the connection is good due to the central location. The A7, the A23 and the airport can be reached quickly from here.
