Hey there!
We’re Merle (24), Nelly (21), and Jana (22)—a diverse mix of students and working professionals. There’s always something going on here—but there’s also plenty of space for peace and quiet.

In our free time, we like to stay active 💪:
at the gym
on the soccer field
at the pool
on our bikes
or hiking in nature

But we also make sure to enjoy relaxed evenings 🎮—we read, cook together, watch movies, or play video games together.
Sometimes we’re drawn out in the evenings 🍻—to concerts, festivals, or just to go out on the town. And if not, we’ll just have a cozy game night at home 🎲.

We’re not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather hope to live in harmony with someone who’s friendly, open-minded, and tidy 🧼😄.

Room

The Room & the Apartment:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building.

The bright, light-filled room is 12 m² and is rented unfurnished—so there are no limits to your creativity when it comes to decorating! 🪴

🍳 The built-in kitchen has everything you need: a stove, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There’s plenty of space here to cook together and relax while hanging out.

The washing machine is also available here.
🚿 The bathroom with a shower is practical and functional—perfect for starting your day off right.

💡 There are no additional fees!
The flat-rate rent already includes all costs, including:
📺 TV and 🌐 Internet (LAN & Wi-Fi).

Location

The apartment is located in beautiful Lokstedt 🏡 - a quiet district of Hamburg that is particularly well-known for the popular Hagenbeck zoo 🐘 - and that far beyond the city limits!

You can easily cover your daily needs in the immediate vicinity 🛒 - doctors, banks, smaller stores and discount stores are just a stone's throw away 👟. For larger shopping trips, you need about 10 minutes by bike 🚲 to Osterstraße or the Nedderfeld Center.

Just around the corner you will find everything your heart desires at the ETV (Eimsbütteler Turnverband e.V.):

Speaking of the UKE: the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf is only 350 meters away - so it's about a 5-minute walk 🏥.

🚍 The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. You can take the express bus 5:
🕐 to the main train station in approx. 30 minutes (approx. 7.5 km away)
🚇 in approx. 10 minutes to the Hoheluftbrücke subway station

From there, the U3 takes you directly to the city center in around 17 minutes 🏙️

You also have excellent connections by car 🚗 - the A7, A23 and even the airport ✈️ can be reached quickly - perfect for frequent travelers or globetrotters 🌍.
