4 WG is seeking a new roommate (m/w). We, that is two Times Fabian (24,25) and Sasha (28) to no purpose for the community, but want to have a nice life together of people that fit together well, sympathetic and open-minded, and a healthy sense of cleanliness (washing machine, dishwasher available).

Hi Guys,

it is an Unfurnished room in shared apartment in our 4-WG.

This room is 12 square meters in size.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent.
Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

Location

In a 5-minute walk, the UKE is reached, the bakery, banks, Restaurants, a hairdresser, a florist, Doctors, Internet cafe, books in the hall and connect, etc.
