🎉 A room is available in our shared apartment! 🎉 Hey there!
We are Siemen (23) and Ole (28) – a colorful mix of students and professionals. There is always something going on with us – but there is also enough space for peace and quiet.

In our free time, we like to be active 💪: 🏋️‍♂️ at the gym ⚽ on the soccer field 🏊‍♂️ at the swimming pool 🚴‍♂️ on our bikes
🥾 or hiking in nature But we also enjoy relaxing evenings 📚🍝🎬🎮 – we read, cook together, watch movies, or play games together.
Sometimes we also go out in the evening 🍻 – to concerts, festivals, or just to hang out. And if not, we have a cozy game night at our place 🎲✨.

Bright room in a 4-bed shared flat in Lokstedter Steindamm 🏡✨

The room on offer is located in a 4-room apartment on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the beautiful Lokstedter Steindamm.

With its approx. 22 m², the room is wonderfully bright and offers you plenty of space for free design - as it is unfurnished, you can furnish it to your heart's content 🛋️🌿

The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.
Right next to it is the dining room, which is also our common room - with a cozy seating area and TV for relaxing evenings 🍽️📺

A beautiful bathroom with shower invites you to relax. 🚿

Utilities, internet (WLAN & LAN), TV - all this is already included in the rent. So you don't have to worry about anything else!

Location

The apartment is located in beautiful Lokstedt 🏡 - a quiet district of Hamburg that is particularly well-known for the popular Hagenbeck zoo 🐘 - and that far beyond the city limits!

You can easily cover your daily needs in the immediate vicinity 🛒 - doctors, banks, smaller stores and discount stores are just a stone's throw away 👟. For larger shopping trips, you need about 10 minutes by bike 🚲 to Osterstraße or the Nedderfeld Center.

Just around the corner you will find everything your heart desires at the ETV (Eimsbütteler Turnverband e.V.):

Speaking of the UKE: the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf is only 350 meters away - so it's about a 5-minute walk 🏥.

🚍 The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. You can take the express bus 5:
🕐 to the main train station in approx. 30 minutes (approx. 7.5 km away)
🚇 in approx. 10 minutes to the Hoheluftbrücke subway station

From there, the U3 takes you directly to the city center in around 17 minutes 🏙️

You also have excellent connections by car 🚗 - the A7, A23 and even the airport ✈️ can be reached quickly - perfect for frequent travelers or globetrotters 🌍.
