We’re Diana (23), Alexander (31), and Chris (31)—a diverse mix of students and working professionals. In our free time, we enjoy hanging out with friends, working out (bouldering, swimming, gym), listening to music & podcasts, and relaxing with Netflix. We also love being outdoors, whether hiking, traveling, gardening, or playing disc golf.

We’re looking for a friendly, open-minded person who’s interested in living in a friendly shared apartment and has a good sense of cleanliness.

Shared room in a central location - perfect for you! 🏡✨

The room on offer is located in a 4-room apartment on the 1st floor of an apartment building. The apartment is located on Lokstedter Steindamm, just a few minutes' walk from the UKE - centrally located in Lokstedt.

The light-flooded room is approx. 15 m² in size and is rented unfurnished, so you can design it entirely according to your own ideas.

Equipment of the shared flat:
✔ Kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine
✔ Cozy dining area with TV
✔ Two spacious bathrooms (1 full bath & 1 shower room)

The rent is an all-inclusive rent, i.e. utilities, TV, internet (network & WLAN) and telephone are already included.

Location

The apartment is located in Lokstedt. A quiet district of Hamburg, which is known far beyond the city limits for its zoo Hagenbeck.

The daily needs can be covered in the immediate vicinity. Doctors, banks, small stores and discounters are in the immediate vicinity.
For larger purchases, you can reach the Osterstraße or the Nedderfeld Center by bike in about 10 minutes.

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves directly in the neighborhood at the ETV (Eimsbütteler Turnverband e.V.): The Hoheluft Sports Center is home to a three-field hall, a beach volleyball facility, an artificial turf soccer field, an indoor tennis court and several tennis courts. In addition, the SC Victoria and other sports facilities and green spaces offer all kinds of games for sports enthusiasts.

Haynspark with Eppendorfer Mühlenteich and Alsterlauf are located on the other side of the clinic, in Eppendorf. The neighboring University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf (UKE) is only a 5-minute walk away.

The nearest bus stop is within walking distance. From here you can reach the main train station in about 30 minutes with the 5er or in 10 minutes to the next U Bahn stop Hoheluftbrücke. From here, the U3 also takes about 17 minutes to the city center.
Also by car the connection is good due to the central location. The A7, the A23 and the airport can be reached quickly from here.
