Moin dear seekers... In our WG a room becomes free, because Patrick moves out and we are looking for you...

We are Rawand, Marieke and Anna.
We are students and employees, we like to meet friends in our free time, we are active in sports, e.g. we play volleyball or go to the gym. We are interested in music or listen to podcasts. We like to spend the one or other evening together in our kitchen or in front of Netflix. We would be happy to meet a sympathetic and open-minded person with a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The offered room is located in a 4 room apartment, which is on the 1st floor of an apartment building. The Lockstedter Steindamm is within walking distance from the UKE, in the middle of Lockstedt.

The light-flooded room has a size of about 14 sqm and can be wonderfully furnished according to your own ideas, as it is unfurnished. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator and of course oven with associated ceramic hob. In addition, the washing machine is also located here. The dining room is the common room and equipped with a dining area and TV. Getting ready, whether for work or the evening, is done in one of the two bathrooms. There is a shower and a full bathroom.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (including landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in Lokstedt. A quiet district of Hamburg, which is known far beyond the city limits for its zoo Hagenbeck.

The daily needs can be covered in the immediate vicinity. Doctors, banks, small stores and discounters are in the immediate vicinity.
For larger purchases, you can reach the Osterstraße or the Nedderfeld Center by bike in about 10 minutes.

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves directly in the neighborhood at the ETV (Eimsbütteler Turnverband e.V.): The Hoheluft Sports Center is home to a three-field hall, a beach volleyball facility, an artificial turf soccer field, an indoor tennis court and several tennis courts. In addition, the SC Victoria and other sports facilities and green spaces offer all kinds of games for sports enthusiasts.

Haynspark with Eppendorfer Mühlenteich and Alsterlauf are located on the other side of the clinic, in Eppendorf. The neighboring University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf (UKE) is only a 5-minute walk away.

The nearest bus stop is within walking distance. From here you can reach the main train station in about 30 minutes with the 5er or in 10 minutes to the next U Bahn stop Hoheluftbrücke. From here, the U3 also takes about 17 minutes to the city center.
Also by car the connection is good due to the central location. The A7, the A23 and the airport can be reached quickly from here.

You could imagine to fit into our shared apartment and are looking for a room for yourself alone. You are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months.
