In our free time, we enjoy making music, cooking together, and occasionally reading a good book in peace. 🎶

A harmonious and relaxed living environment is especially important to us.
We’re not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather a friendly living situation where people enjoy meeting up in the kitchen for a coffee or a quick chat. ☕️

Of course, everyone should also have their own personal space and be able to enjoy some time to themselves. ✨

Cleanliness and order are also important to us, so that everyone feels comfortable in the apartment. 🏠

Your new shared apartment room in Hamburg-Altona!

Your new room is 14 m² and is located in a beautiful 3-room apartment in a multi-family building in Hamburg-Altona. 😊

The large window lets plenty of natural light into the room, which, together with the beautiful laminate flooring, creates a bright and cozy atmosphere. ☀️

In addition to our rooms, there’s a new and fully equipped kitchen, where there’s plenty of space for your own things, of course. 🍳

Our spacious entryway is comfortably furnished and offers the perfect spot to sit together, chat, or wind down at the end of the evening. 🛋️

A special highlight is our terrace, which we’d love to enjoy together in the summer. 🌿

The bathroom is also completely new and even features our beloved towel warmer.
Plus, there’s a washing machine right there for your use. 🧺

There are no additional utility costs, as these are already fully covered by the flat-rate rent. ✔️

TV and internet are also included—both via Ethernet and Wi-Fi. 📶

Location

The apartment is located in the far north of Altona, right on the border with the up-and-coming Lurup neighborhood in western Hamburg 🌿.

The Lurup Center is about a 10-minute walk away 🛍️. There you’ll find all the shops you need for daily necessities, as well as doctors, pharmacies, banks, bakeries, and a post office.

The Elbe Shopping Center is about a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride away—a true paradise for shopping enthusiasts 🛒.

Hamburg’s city center—including Mönckebergstraße, Spitalerstraße, and Jungfernstieg—is about a 30-minute ride away by public transportation.

For relaxation in nature, the Altonaer Volkspark is just a 5-minute walk away ☀️. Covering 205 hectares, it is Hamburg’s largest public park. It’s also home to the Barclays Arena for concerts and sporting events 🎶 as well as the Volksparkstadion.

From Lurup, many other attractive destinations are within easy reach: Blankenese and the Elbe beach 🌊, the Klövensteen recreational area 🌲, the Osdorf outdoor pool 🏊‍♂️, the Elbgaustraße indoor pool 🏊‍♀️, and, of course, the Port of Hamburg ⚓.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment is a bus stop for lines 2 and 3 🚌, which take you to the center of Altona in about 15 minutes.

From there, the S-Bahn takes you to Hamburg Central Station 🚆 in about 10 minutes—offering perfect connections in all directions.

The location is also ideal for drivers: Luruper Hauptstraße provides quick access to the A7 and A23, including via the Bahrenfeld, Othmarschen, Volkspark, and Eidelstedt interchanges.
