We are Edda (24) and Antonia (25) and we are looking for you...
We are both working and in our free time we like to do sports - jogging, fitness, martial arts and parkour. Besides, music is constant companion and inspires to dance and play guitar. Like to cook and bake, go for a walk now and then, love to spend evenings together. We would love to have a person who is personable, outgoing, and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for relaxed, fun evenings and also has a desire to cook together sometimes a wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is written large despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for themselves.

Room

The offered room is in an apartment with a total of 3 rooms. It is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Lurup.

Since the room is furnished, you do not have to worry about moving in. Just unpack your own things and live. The 11 sqm room is bright, flooded with light. The kitchen in modern style, is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher. In the open hallway there is a cozy sitting area with TV. The bathroom is modern, practical and with a bathtub. That's all you need to freshen up.


There are no additional costs. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the far north of Altona, to the border of the up-and-coming district of Lurup in the west of Hamburg.
The Lurup-Center, where you can find all stores for daily needs, as well as doctors, pharmacies, banks, bakers and a post office, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The Elbe shopping center can be reached by car in about 5 minutes, by bike in about 10 minutes. Here, too, you can find everything your shopping heart desires.
If you want to go to downtown Hamburg, Mönckeberg, Spitalerstr. or Jungfernstieg, you can get there by public transport in about 30 minutes.

If you want to get out, the Altonaer Volkspark is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It is with 205 hectares Hamburg's largest public park. Embedded in a large forest, you will find a wide range of recreational, educational and leisure opportunities. Many playgrounds and sunbathing areas, miniature golf and skating facilities, Europe's oldest dahlia garden with around 40,000 plants can also be found here, as well as a school garden, perennial garden and rose garden. A forest nature trail, tailgating theater and several lookout points that guarantee a great view. In addition, of course, the "Barcleys" multipurpose hall for concerts, sporting events, as well as the Volksparkstadion of our HSV.
From Lurup you can also reach the other exciting and well-known destinations inside and outside Hamburg in no time. Blankenese and the Elbe beach, the recreation area Klövensteen, the outdoor pool Osdorf, the indoor swimming pool Elbgaustraße and of course the port of Hamburg.

A few minutes walk from the apartment, there is a bus stop for bus lines 2 and 3, which take you to the center of Altona in about 15 minutes.
From there, the S-Bahn takes about 10 minutes to Hamburg's main train station, from which you can continue in all directions.

If you have a car, Lurup Hauptstraße offers a quick connection to the A7 and A23 via various feeder roads, such as the Bahrenfeld, Othmarschen, Volkspark and Eidelstedt exits and on-ramps.
